I am selling my Toyota Avalon (XLE) 2014 model. I am the first owner of this car and it has been in my personal use since its purchase in Jan 2014. The car is only ~37,400 km driven and is in very good condition.
The car is leased from NCB (Bank Al Ahli) and I have paid a total of SR 55,000 till date (SR 15,000 advance plus SR 40,000 in 20 installments).
The new buyer have the option to “purchase the car for cash’ or ‘transfer the lease’ to his name.
1. If the buyer want to purchase in cash, the price is SR 90,000 (slightly negotiable for serious cash buyers).
2. Alternatively, the buyer can pay me SR 15,000 and transfer the lease* in his name from the bank (NCB). The bank has provided my with following indicative lease terms for transfer:
a. Total lease amount upon transfer = SR 67,736
b. Admin Fee = 1% of the lease amount
c. Monthly Rental (incl. insurance) = SR 2,379 per month
d. Lease Term = 28 months
e. Balloon Payment = SR 16,900
f. Total paid to bank in 28 months (incl. balloon and insurance) = SR 83,512
* For lease transfer, the buyer should comply with the eligibility criteria of NCB.
